CUSTOMER SERVICE

TERMS: The terms of payment will be set forth on the face of the invoice and are from the date of invoice and not contingent upon delivery. Pricing will be that which is prevailing at time of shipment. A service charge of 1-1/2% per month will be charged on all invoices over 30 days. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

 

FREIGHT: Shipments are F.O.B. factory, Minneapolis, Minnesota unless otherwise stated. Risk, loss or damage to goods shall pass to buyer upon delivery of stock to a common carrier, whether sold with freight allowed or otherwise. The seller reserves the right to ship via the most economical routing. If shipped otherwise at buyer's request, the buyer shall pay the difference in rate of transportation. When freight is not allowed, seller shall prepay the freight and bill said freight cost plus a 10% service charge. Free shipping on orders over $250.00.

 

ORDERS: Minimum Orders - For all stock items there is no minimum order requirement. 

Custom Orders - All custom orders will be quoted through Label Express Sales Service Representatives. Minimum orders may be required depending on material purchased. Overs/Unders will be stated at time of quotation and are dependent on product and order size. Custom quotes are valid for 20 days.

 

TAXES: All orders are subject to applicable local, state, provincial and/or federal taxes including custom duty and/or GST.

 

RETURNS: All materials sold are the responsibility of the purchaser after the product leaves the shipping dock and may not be returned except under the terms and conditions as defined by the seller.  Claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.  Returns will not be accepted without a prior return authorization.  Method of transportation shall be determined only by Label Express.

       

            Restocking - Requests must be made within 30 days of invoice date and a return order authorized. Upon arrival, goods will be subject to a $200.00 or 20% restocking fee, whichever is greater, plus freight. All returns must be current stock items of full, unopened cartons in saleable condition.     

 

           Cancellation - Cancellations may be made up to 2:30 PM CST. All other cancellations only with  terms which compensate Label Express.
